These terms apply to the services Origin One Systems (“we”, “us”) provides and to your use of this website. By requesting a quote or engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We design, build, host, and maintain websites, and register and manage domains, business email, and related services, as described on this site.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are for the scope described. A quote we send you is an estimate for the work discussed; the final price is confirmed in writing before work begins. One-time build fees and recurring (yearly) services are billed as agreed.

Payment

Build work is typically invoiced with a deposit to start and the balance on completion. Recurring services (domain, hosting, business email) are billed yearly in advance. Delivery of a completed site or transfer of files may depend on payment being settled.

Your responsibilities

You provide the content, materials, and access we need — text, images, and domain or registrar access — and confirm you have the right to use them.

Ownership

On full payment, the final website and its custom content are yours. We keep the right to reference the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party components such as fonts and libraries remain under their own licences.

Hosting and domains

Where we host your site or manage your domain, those services continue while the agreed fees are paid. We aim for high availability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

We do our work with care. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

Termination

Either side may end an ongoing arrangement with reasonable notice. Fees for work already done or the current service period remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Aruba.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the current version.
